Customs & Duties
Customs processing is handled by the carrier. Delays caused by customs are outside our control. If your country applies import fees/taxes, the courier may contact you.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and pre-approved by email.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition/packaging with proof of purchase.

Change-of-mind / size or fit: Customer pays return shipping (use a tracked service).

Defective / incorrect items: If a return is required, we cover return shipping.

Clearly label return parcels “RETURNED GOODS.” If import fees are charged to us, we may refuse the parcel or deduct those charges from your refund.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.
How to Start a Return
Email hello@veyora.store with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll reply with return instructions and the nearest return address (EU or UAE, depending on your location).
Please do not return items to the sender address on the parcel.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order for the item/size you want and return the original for a refund.
Refund Timing
After inspection, approved refunds are issued within 10 business days. If you don’t see it after 15 business days, contact us.

European Union: 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases; items must be returned in original condition.

Saudi Arabia: Statutory consumer protections apply (including cancellation for unused goods within a limited period and for significant delivery delays).
