Customs & Duties
Customs processing is handled by the carrier. Delays caused by customs are outside our control. If your country applies import fees/taxes, the courier may contact you.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and pre-approved by email.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition/packaging with proof of purchase.

Change-of-mind / size or fit: Customer pays return shipping (use a tracked service).

Defective / incorrect items: If a return is required, return shipping is the customer's responsibility (use a tracked service).

Clearly label return parcels “RETURNED GOODS.” If import fees are charged to us, we may refuse the parcel or deduct those charges from your refund.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.
How to Start a Return
Email hello@veyora.store with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll reply with return instructions and the nearest return address.
Please do not return items to the sender address on the parcel.

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order for the item/size you want and return the original for a refund.
Refund Timing
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 2–3 business days. It then takes up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you don't see it after that, contact us.
