Refund policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Return Window

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • All returns must be pre-approved by email; returns sent without approval may be refused.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Hygiene items (e.g., headscarves, undercaps, hijab magnets) are returnable only if unopened and unused.

  • Final-sale items (clearly marked on the product page) are not eligible for change-of-mind returns where permitted by law.

  • Gift cards and custom/personalized items are non-returnable.

  • Items with signs of wear (e.g., makeup, perfume, deodorant marks) are ineligible.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email hello@veyora.store with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we’ll reply with our UAE return hub address and full instructions.

  3. Please do not return items to the sender address on the parcel.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs (including any postal or courier fees).

  • We recommend using your local postal service with standard tracked mail or EMS, as this is the most reliable way to return items to our UAE P.O. Box.

  • If you wish to use a private courier (e.g. DHL, Aramex), please contact us before shipping. Some couriers may not deliver directly to P.O. Boxes, and returns sent without coordination may be refused or returned to sender.


International Returns (Customs)

  • Clearly mark the parcel as “RETURNED GOODS”.

  • If duties, taxes, or fees are charged to us upon re-entry, these will be deducted from your refund.

  • Where possible, we recommend using your national postal service with tracking rather than express couriers for returns to our UAE hub.


Your Options

  • Return for Refund – Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Exchange – If you’d like to change size or style, you can return the original item and place a new order. This is the fastest way to secure your preferred piece.

  • Keep & Partial Refund – In some cases, we may offer a partial refund without return. Eligibility is assessed case-by-case.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or video.

  • We’ll assess the case promptly and offer a replacement or full refund where appropriate.

  • If a return is needed, the item must still be sent back to our UAE address using a tracked service.


Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, please use the returns process above.


Refund Timing

  • After inspection, approved refunds are issued within 2–3 business days from our side. Banks or payment providers may take an additional 3–10 business days to show the amount on your statement.

  • If you don’t see the refund after this time, please contact us.


Region-Specific Rights

  • Saudi Arabia: Consumers have statutory protections (including cancellation for unused goods within a limited period and for significant delivery delays).

  • All regions: This policy does not limit your legal rights for defective or misdescribed goods.
