Processing Time

Orders are prepared with care and dispatched within 1–2 days.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email with your parcel details.

Notes:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or courier delays.

  • Once shipped, the courier is responsible for delivery; exact arrival dates cannot be guaranteed.

  • Please provide a full street address in English and an active phone number. (PO boxes may cause delays.)


Customs & Duties

Customs processing is handled by the courier. Delays caused by customs are outside our control.
If your country applies import fees or taxes, the courier may contact you directly for payment.


Returns (Summary)

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and pre-approved by email.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Returns are sent to our UAE returns hub.

  • Clearly label return parcels β€œRETURNED GOODS.” If import fees are charged to us, these will be deducted from your refund.

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.


How to Start a Return

Email hello@veyora.store with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, we’ll reply with the UAE return address and full instructions.
Please do not return items to the sender address on the parcel.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Hygiene items (e.g., headscarves, undercaps, hijab magnets) if opened or used

  • Final-sale items (clearly marked on the product page), where permitted by law

  • Gift cards and custom/personalized items


Exchanges

If you’d like to change size or style, you can return the original item and place a new order for the desired piece.
This is the fastest and most reliable way to secure your preferred abaya.


Refund Timing

After inspection, approved refunds are issued within 10 business days.
If you don’t see it after 15 business days, please contact us.


Region-Specific Rights (Transparency)

  • Saudi Arabia: Consumers have statutory protections (including cancellation for unused goods within a limited period and for significant delivery delays).

  • All regions: Your rights regarding defective or misdescribed goods are always protected.
