Yes β choose Tabby or Tamara at checkout to split your payment into four interest-free installments.

Yes β a 30% discount is automatically applied at checkout. No code needed.
5. Do the abayas come with a scarf?Β
Yes β every abaya now comes with a free shaylaΒ of your choice. Select the matching colour on the product page or choose any shade from our Shayla collection.
6. How do I choose the right size?Β
Our Vogue Abayas are available in 4 ready-made lengths:

Tip: Choose the next-longer size if you prefer extra drape or plan to wear heels.
7. What fabric do you use?Β
All Vogue Abayas are made from lightweight pleated polyester β soft, breathable, opaque, and wrinkle-resistant.
8. Can I hem or tailor the abaya?Β
You can, but we donβt recommend it. The pleats are delicate. Choose your closest ready-made length.

11. How long does delivery take?Β
- Economy: 8β12 business days

12. How can I track my order?Β
Youβll receive a tracking email once your order ships. You can also track anytime using our TrackΒ Order page.
13. What does βLabel Createdβ mean?Β
It means your parcel is waiting in the export queue β normal for 1β2 days. This does not mean itβs lost.
14. What address details should I provide?Β
Enter your address in English with all key details:
- Street name
- Villa/Building number
- Area or Zone
- City and Postal Code
Saudi Arabia: add your Short Address if available (it's very helpful!).
15. What if Express isnβt shown at checkout?Β
Then it isnβt available for your region; Economy will appear automatically.
16. What happens if I miss the delivery?Β
The courier will call you or attempt redelivery. Please ensure your phone number is correct and reachable.

You can return your order withinΒ 30 days of delivery if the item is unworn and in original condition.
18. Where do I send returns?Β
Please ship returns to our hub in the UAE. Buyer covers return shipping.
19. What should I write on the customs form?Β

20. How are refunds issued?Β
Refunds are processed within 2β3 business days after receiving the return, back to your original payment method.
21. Can I exchange an item for another size?Β
Yes, exchanges are available. You can return the original item and weβll ship the replacement in your preferred size.
22. Can I cancel or change my order?Β
If your order hasnβt shipped yet, email us to cancel or update it free of charge. If itβs already shipped, request a return after delivery.

29. What should I tell the courier if I call?Β
Always provide your 606β¦ last-mile ID from the tracking page. This helps them find your parcel faster.
