Each order includes:

How does the scarf work?

On the product page (above Add to bag) you’ll see:

“Scarf color preference (optional — leave blank for best match)”

  • Add a color if you have a preference
  • Or leave it blank and we’ll choose the best match

How do I choose the right size?

Vogue Abayas have a relaxed fit with one width — only the length changes.

Use the size guide next to the size selector.

Quick size guide:

  • 52 (132 cm): 4'9" – 5'2" (145–158 cm)
  • 54 (137 cm): 4'11" – 5'5" (150–165 cm)
  • 57 (145 cm): 5'2" – 5'8" (158–172 cm)
  • 60 (152 cm): 5'7" – 5'10" (170–178 cm)

Tip: If you prefer extra drape or plan to wear heels, choose the next-longer length.

What fabric is it?

Lightweight pleated polyester with an easy drape.

Is it see-through?

Not see-through in normal lighting.

As with most garments, lighter shades may appear slightly lighter under strong backlighting.

Can I tailor or hem the abaya?

We recommend choosing the closest ready-made length.

If tailoring is needed, pleated fabrics require careful alteration.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) or bank transfer?

No — we currently don’t offer COD or bank transfer.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments including major cards and express checkout options (e.g., Apple Pay / Google Pay / Shop Pay where available).

Installments may appear depending on your location (e.g., Shop Pay Installments in the US, Tabby in the UAE).

Shipping & delivery

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we ship worldwide with tracked delivery.

How long before my order ships?

Processing is typically 1–2 days, then your order is handed to the courier.

Tracking is sent once the shipment is scanned.

How much is shipping?

Shipping options and prices are shown at checkout based on your location.

Free shipping applies on orders over $100.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your country and the shipping method you select.

You’ll see an estimated delivery window on the product page and at checkout.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email after dispatch.

You can also track anytime using our Track Order page.

My tracking hasn’t updated — is it lost?

Not usually. Some shipments may take a short time between scans, especially during export and customs steps.

If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, contact us and we’ll check it with the courier.

What address details should I provide?

Please enter your address in English, including:

  • Full name
  • Street + building/villa + apartment (if any)
  • Area/District
  • City + postal code (if applicable)
  • Active phone number

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition.

Who pays return shipping?

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility as per our store policy.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued after the return is received and inspected, back to the original payment method.

Bank posting times can vary by provider.

Can I exchange for another size?

Yes — we can assist with an exchange after the original item is returned (subject to availability).

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

If it has shipped, you can request a return after delivery.
