  • Once shipped, the courier is responsible for delivery, and we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates.

Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. Veyora is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on all items under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order.

Returns may be declined if the item shows signs of wear, makeup stains, perfume, or deodorant marks.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Hijabs and undercaps (if worn or tried on)
  • Hijab magnets (non-returnable)

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please email hello@veyora.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions within 48 hours.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.
  • It is recommended to use a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or delayed returns.

Important Return Instructions

For all returns, please clearly label the package as "RETURNED GOODS" on customs forms to avoid import charges. If customs fees are applied, Veyora will refuse the package, and it will be returned to the sender.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is approved.
  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
