1. How do I place an order?
All orders must be placed directly on our website: veyora.store. We do not accept orders via Instagram, WhatsApp, or phone.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Cards: Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover, Diners Club, JCB
- Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay
- Installments: Tabby & Tamara (Pay in 4, interest-free)
All orders are pre-paid and trackable. Cash-on-Delivery is not available. Payments are securely encrypted.
3. Can I pay in installments?
Yes — choose Tabby or Tamara at checkout to split your payment into four interest-free installments.
4. Is there a discount on my order?
Yes — a 30% discount is automatically applied at checkout. No code needed.
5. Do the abayas come with a scarf?
Yes — every abaya now comes with a free shayla of your choice. Select the matching colour on the product page or choose any shade from our Shayla collection.
6. How do I choose the right size?
Our Vogue Abayas are available in 4 ready-made lengths:
Size 52 ≈ 132 cm length — best for 145–158 cm tall
Size 54 ≈ 137 cm length — best for 150–165 cm tall
Size 57 ≈ 145 cm length — best for 158–172 cm tall
Size 60 ≈ 152 cm length — best for 170–178 cm tall
Tip: Choose the next-longer size if you prefer extra drape or plan to wear heels.
7. What fabric do you use?
All Vogue Abayas are made from lightweight pleated polyester — soft, breathable, opaque, and wrinkle-resistant.
8. Can I hem or tailor the abaya?
You can, but we don’t recommend it. The pleats are delicate. Choose your closest ready-made length.

9. How much is shipping?
- Tracked Priority: AED 40 (≈ USD 11) — free for 2 abayas+
- Express: AED 69–99 (≈ USD 19–27) — shown at checkout
10. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — order 2 or more abayas to get free Tracked Priority shipping.
11. How long does delivery take?
- Tracked Priority: 8–12 business days
- Express: 3–7 business days
Exact times are shown at checkout based on your location.
12. How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. You can also track anytime using our Track Order page.
13. What does “Label Created” mean?
It means your parcel is waiting in the export queue — normal for 1–2 days. This does not mean it’s lost.
14. What address details should I provide?
Enter your address in English with all key details:
- Street name
- Villa/Building number
- Area or Zone
- City and Postal Code
Saudi Arabia: add your Short Address if available (it's very helpful!).
15. What if Express isn’t shown at checkout?
Then it isn’t available for your region; Tracked Priority will appear automatically.
16. What happens if I miss the delivery?
The courier will call you or attempt redelivery. Please ensure your phone number is correct and reachable.
🔹 Returns & Order Issues
17. What’s your return policy?
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn and in original condition.
18. Where do I send returns?
Please ship returns to our hub in Budapest, Hungary. Buyer covers return shipping unless otherwise arranged.
19. What should I write on the customs form?
“Women’s polyester garment, value USD 10, reason: Customer return.”
20. How are refunds issued?
Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after receiving the return, back to your original payment method.
21. Can I exchange an item for another size?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
22. Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us to cancel or update it free of charge. If it’s already shipped, request a return after delivery.

23. Is Veyora a real company?
Yes — Veyora is a licensed UAE brand (Dubai DED). All payments are processed securely and every order includes tracking and a 14-day money-back guarantee.
24. What if a courier asks for cash?
We never request cash. Refuse and call the courier hotline:

25. Do you have a physical store?
No — we are an online-only brand. All orders are placed at veyora.store.
26. How can I contact you?

27. I didn’t receive the “Address Needed” email. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder — this email is sent before any delivery delay.
28. My tracking hasn’t updated in days — is my order lost?
No. If it’s stuck at “Label Created” for 4+ days, it’s likely still waiting in the export queue.
29. What should I tell the courier if I call?
Always provide your 606… last-mile ID from the tracking page. This helps them find your parcel faster.
